The 2023 Mostra de Cuina Menorquina (Menorcan Cuisine Fair) comes once again this year with the traditional recipes of Menorcan gastronomy and incorporating an innovative touch. Thus, between the 22nd of September and the 8th of October, attendees will be able to taste local and seasonal products in several restaurants in Ciutadella, Fornells, Es Mercadal, Ferreries, Alaior, Maó, Sant Lluís, Cala Blanca, Es Migjorn Gran, Cala en Bosch, Cala Galdana, Santo Tomás and Son Bou.

The gastronomic event, now in its 14th edition, will last 17 days and will showcase the gastronomic potential of Menorca, which has received the distinction of European Region of Gastronomy 2022. The participating restaurants will offer a ‘Mostra Menu’ (first and second course and dessert) for €20 and a ‘Menú Gastronòmic’, the price of which will be set by each establishment. The organisers recommend that you always book in advance.

All restaurants in Menorca can apply to take part in the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina by registering on the website www.mostradecuinamenorquina.com until 8 September.
