Mancor de la Vall once again celebrates one of the most cherished events of the Mallorcan autumn this November: the Fira de l’Esclata-sang i de la Muntanya 2025, a festival that combines tradition, folk culture, gastronomy and activities for the whole family. The fair pays tribute to the esclata-sang mushroom —one of the most emblematic fungi of the Serra de Tramuntana— and to rural life, with a programme that includes a craft market, exhibitions, children’s activities, animal shows, music, giants’ troupes, popular dances and a spectacular night-time correfoc.

Over three days, the streets of Mancor will be filled with a festive atmosphere, traditional stalls and activities for all ages, turning the town into a meeting point for locals and visitors who want to experience autumn in Mallorca in an authentic way. Below, you’ll find the full day-by-day programme.
