The 2024 Nit del Vi in Inca, which will take place next Saturday, October 19, promises to be a key event on the calendar of the Inca Fairs, combining the promotion of local products, solidarity, and the enjoyment of a wide variety of Mallorcan wines. This eighth edition of the event, organized by Activa’t Inca and the Inca City Council, will be held at Cuartel General Luque from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and will feature 20 wineries offering nearly 100 wines for tasting.
As in previous years, Nit del Vi maintains its charitable purpose, with the proceeds going to the Inca Regional Hospital. This year, the funds will support the humanization project of the maternity and pediatric ward, an initiative that seeks to improve the environment for pediatric patients and their families.
Participating Wineries and Tickets for Nit del Vi 2024
Among the 20 participating wineries, notable names include Son Bordils, Bodega Nacra, Bodega Santa Catarina, and Ca’n Majoral, all of which are committed to promoting local Mallorcan wines.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at local stores such as Baby Closet, Tejidos Bellver, or Makos for 15 euros, or online for 18 euros + handling fees. On the day of the event, tickets will be available at the box office for 20 euros. All tickets include a commemorative glass, access to wine tastings, a 5 euro discount on wine purchases, and a glass holder bag.
Music and Local Gastronomy
The Nit del Vi 2024 will not only offer wine but will also include a festive atmosphere with live musical performances by local musicians Jaume Garau, Jaume Mas, and Tere G. Additionally, there will be a charity food area with tapas donated by local bakeries and pastry shops, as well as the presence of Food Trucks supporting the charitable cause.
Over the years, the Nit del Vi has become an essential event within the Inca Fairs, not only for the quality of the wines offered but also for the positive impact it has on the local community, both economically and charitably.
