The gastronomic festival The Champions Burger Mallorca 2026 returns to the island with a special All Star edition that will bring together some of Spain’s most awarded burger restaurants. The event will take place at Estadi Mallorca Son Moix, in Palma, from 20 June to 5 July 2026, with free entry.
For more than two weeks, visitors will be able to try exclusive burgers created by restaurants that have stood out in previous editions of the national circuit.
When is The Champions Burger Mallorca 2026?
The event dates are:
- From 20 June to 5 July 2026
- Opening day: 20 June at 19:00
- From 21 June onwards:
- From 12:00 to 00:00 every day

The 2026 edition changes location compared to the previous year and moves to:

The RCD Mallorca stadium will host this major gastronomic gathering in a venue with greater capacity than the one used in 2025.
What is the All Star edition?
Unlike other editions of The Champions Burger, the All Star format does not include a competition or public voting.
The organisation has brought together some of the most recognised and awarded burger restaurants on the national circuit to offer a selection of their most successful creations.

All of them will present exclusive burgers made with premium meats, special buns, selected cheeses and recipes created specifically for this type of event.

Among the announced creations are:
Diamante Azul (Nolito’s)
Blue brioche bun with diamond dust and rose gold, American-style rib, cheddar, bacon crunch and Emmy sauce.
Royale Gold (Godeo)
Brioche covered with edible gold, ribeye steak, rib cooked for 48 hours and truffled bacon.
Vecna
Black Angus Prime, Kansas-style pulled ribs, caramelised wagyu crumble and Monterey cheese.
La Más Mejor
Japanese wagyu medallion, melted cheddar, smoked fried cheese and special sauce served in a syringe.

The organisation states that the event will include:

The Champions Cheesecake also comes to Mallorca
One of the new features of this edition is the presence of The Champions Cheesecake, a parallel proposal dedicated to cheesecakes that will accompany the festival during its stay in Palma.

Yes. Access to the venue is completely free. You only pay for the food and drinks you consume.
