The Nit de Foc Calvià 2026 will once again be one of the highlights of the Sant Jaume Patron Saint Festivities. On Saturday, 18 July, the streets of Calvià Vila will come alive with fire, music and tradition as the famous correfoc takes over the town, featuring the local colles de dimonis (fire-run groups) and a lively batucada percussion band.

Organised by the Ajuntament de Calvià, the Nit de Foc will conclude with a lively music party in the Municipal Town Hall car park, where a DJ will keep the celebration going during one of the most anticipated summer nights in the municipality.

The fire-run will pass through some of the most emblematic streets in the historic centre of Calvià Vila.

After the fire show, the celebration continues with a live DJ set and bar service until the early hours of the morning.

Safety Recommendations for the Correfoc

If you plan to join the correfoc and run beneath the fireworks, organisers recommend following these basic safety guidelines.

  • Wear long-sleeved cotton clothing and long trousers.
  • Use sturdy, closed-toe footwear.
  • Protect your head with a hat or cap and your neck with a cotton scarf if possible.
  • Avoid synthetic fabrics.

During the correfoc, it is strictly forbidden to handle any pyrotechnic material or enter the route outside the designated areas.
