Alaró cuina amb bolets arrives once again to liven up autumn in Mallorca through seasonal gastronomy. Over the next few weeks, Alaró will once again be a point of reference on Mallorca’s gastronomic scene. From Friday the 24th of November until the 10th of December, the municipality will become the epicentre for enjoying more than 30 dishes made with mushrooms as the main ingredient.
The mayor of Alaró, Llorenç Perelló, highlights the growing expectation of a public that looks forward to the Alaró cuina amb bolets (Alaró cooks with mushrooms) event every year. A crucial initiative for the promotion of the restaurants in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

All the information on the proposals to be prepared by the bars and restaurants, as well as the days and times when these dishes will be on offer, is available on the municipal website www.ajalaro.net. In some cases, it is even suggested that these dishes be enjoyed as a snack.
