The Mallorca Design District (MADD) turned Mallorca into the epicentre of design this Wednesday thanks to the MADDTalks given by Drew Aaron and Marcel Wanders at the Kimpton Aysla hotel in Santa Ponsa. An event in which design and art were the protagonists and which brought together prominent architects, designers, builders and local society.

The president of the Mallorca Design District, Gloria Rodríguez, kicked off a journey into the world of design and creativity. She shared an exciting vision for the future of design in Mallorca, emphasising the creation of a space where the community can enjoy art, culture and gastronomy. He also expressed his enthusiasm for an ongoing project that aims to transform the district into a global design destination. ‘Imagine a boulevard where you can stroll, restaurants to choose from… all of this is possible through the conversations we have had with the institutions,’ he said. Rodríguez highlighted the collaboration between MADD and its partner, Jardins de Tramuntana, to support Calvià Town Hall in realising this dream.
