Agosto a la Fresca Alcúdia 2026 returns with a comprehensive cultural programme that will fill the summer evenings with theatre, live music, open-air cinema, dramatised guided tours, family activities and traditional celebrations. Throughout August, Alcúdia will host free performances and events for all ages in some of the municipality’s most iconic venues.
Organised by the Ajuntament d’Alcúdia, the programme includes the 38th Mostra de Teatre, the Nocturns al Pati series, Catalan-language open-air cinema, concerts, exhibitions, children’s activities and the traditional Festa de ses Llanternes, one of the most beloved summer celebrations in Alcúdia.
When is Agosto a la Fresca Alcúdia 2026?

NO-DIVA — LAESTAL Company
A performance combining theatre, opera and live music.
Presented as an autobiographical parody, the show humorously explores the challenges of making a living as an artist, balancing dreams with everyday reality.
The production has received several prestigious theatre awards, including the Best Performance Award at the 2026 Mostra de Teatre d’Alcoi.

The theatre company Teatreros presents an entertaining comedy inspired by the Greek classics.

Festa de ses Llanternes
One of Alcúdia’s most cherished summer traditions.
During the morning, families can take part in a lantern-making workshop at Passeig Pere Ventayol.
- First session: 10:00 am – 11:30 am.
- Second session: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
Places are limited and advance registration is required.
At 9:00 pm, the traditional children’s lantern parade through the historic centre will begin, accompanied by popular songs.
