A Traditional Neighbourhood Festival in the Heart of Palma

The Carme Festivities of Porta de Santa Margalida are a wonderful example of the neighbourhood festivals that bring Palma to life during the summer.

Their greatest appeal lies in their community spirit: a shared square, activities for all ages, live music, urban sports, food, social gatherings and local participation.

Rather than being a large-scale festival, it is a welcoming community celebration that keeps the neighbourhood spirit alive and transforms Plaça Patins into a vibrant meeting place for several days.
