From May 22 to 25, the Port of Pollença hosts a new edition of Sabors de la Badia 2025, an event that combines maritime tradition, quality gastronomy, and cultural activities by the sea. For four days, locals and visitors can enjoy a full program featuring live tuna cutting demonstrations, showcookings with renowned chefs, talks, workshops, free boat trips, and concerts.
This gastronomic and educational gathering highlights the maritime and fishing heritage of the Moll, as well as local products and tuna caught in Balearic waters, which will be the star of many weekend tastings.

Thursday, May 22
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Activity “Epiphytic biodiversity of Posidonia” at the Marine Ecology Classroom of the RCNPP.
Friday, May 23
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Continuation of the activity “Epiphytic biodiversity of Posidonia” (RCNPP).
- 8:00 PM: Talk “Revaluing the maritime and fishing heritage of the Moll,” with Diana Borràs and Antonia Puig. Venue: Puerto de Pollença Neighborhood Association.
Saturday, May 24
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Free boat rides (requires prior registration, departures from the Stay dock).
- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM: 1st Mixed 4×4 Volleyball Tournament. Playa de la Gola.
- 11:00 AM: Opening of the boat exhibition “Floating heritage of the Moll.”
- 11:30 AM: Video presentation “Women of the Sea.”
- 12:00 PM: Official opening with live tuna cutting demonstration by Toni Fiol and tuna auction.
- 12:30 PM: Showcooking by Javier Hoebeeck (Shima, Four Seasons) with wine pairing by Can Xanet.
- 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Kids zone “La Mar” (Plaza del Ingeniero Gabriel Roca).
- 5:00 PM: Second live tuna cutting with Toni Fiol.
- 5:30 PM: Showcooking with David Rivas (Terrae Restaurant), wine pairing by Vinyes Mortitx.
- 6:00 PM: Showcooking with Santi Martorell (Hotel El Vicenç), wine pairing by Galmés i Ferrer.
- From 5:00 PM: Tuna tapas tasting by restaurants: Terrae, Brisas, Shima, Iru, Corb Marí, El Vicenç, Stay, 2Kanallas, La Llonja, Guethary.
- 5:00 PM: DJ Cobie (afternoon vibes, Plaza Gabriel Roca).
- 9:00 PM: Live concert by Von Bros.
- 10:30 PM: DJ La Meca Records.
Sunday, May 25
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Free boat rides (departures from the Stay dock).
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Photography workshop “The heritage value of our photos.” Requires registration.
- 11:00 AM: Third live tuna cutting with Toni Fiol (BlueFin).
- 11:30 AM: Showcooking with Ruth Pérez (Guethary, Elkano group) and wine pairing with Bodega Nacra.
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Tuna tapas tasting by participating restaurants.
