Ready to discover the best burger in Mallorca? Sa Millor 2025, the official burger tournament of the Balearic Islands, kicks off on May 1st with 55 restaurants and food trucks competing for the title. A must-attend event for all burger lovers, with this year’s spotlight on local ingredients and farm-to-table products.

What is Sa Millor 2025?

Organized by the Fan Burger Club, Sa Millor is much more than a gastronomic competition: it’s a movement in favor of burger culture in the Balearic Islands. Following the success of its first edition in 2024, the tournament returns in 2025 with major new features, such as extra points awarded to burgers that use at least 60% local products. New categories have also been created, such as Best Farm-to-Table Burger, No Meat, and a specific category for food trucks, thus leveling the playing field.

Which burgers stand out at Sa Millor 2025?

In Mallorca, one of the favorites is Manduka Street Food with its special burger: artisan bun, Black Angus beef, caramelized onions, lettuce, cheddar cheese, bacon, and Manduka sauce. And not just in Mallorca: in Ibiza, Salseo Burgers impresses with its smash-style Cheesebacon; in Menorca, Sa Tintina goes for the Smash Brutal featuring bacon jam; and in Formentera, Mama Carmen is back with its new creation, the Q-lona.

A true journey through the most original flavors of the Balearic Islands, with 27 venues in Mallorca, 15 in Menorca, and 13 in the Pitiusas.

Where to try the best burgers?

Starting May 1st, all participating burgers will be permanently available on the menus of their respective venues. Additionally, on Sa Millor’s official website, you can check out this map to make sure you don’t miss any of the islands’ best burgers.

The history of Sa Millor began in 2017 when its founders, Roberto Martín and Alejandro Guerrero, started promoting burger culture in the Balearic Islands. Today, Sa Millor is the main burger tournament of the archipelago and continues to grow thanks to the passion of chefs, customers, and collaborators such as Cómete Menorca and Ibiza Gastro.

In the words of its creators: “Good things happen all year round”, and Sa Millor 2025 is the best proof of that.
