The Mostra de Cuina de les Illes Balears 2026 returns to Palma from 27 February to 2 March at Parc de Sa Feixina, as part of the Balearic Islands Day celebrations organised by the Govern de les Illes Balears.

For four days, this major food fair will bring together local produce, live showcookings, concerts and family activities, making it one of the most popular events of the festive calendar.

The venue will feature 12 food tents representing all the islands, as well as service areas and ticket points.

Balearic gastronomy from all the islands

 

Visitors will be able to taste traditional recipes and contemporary dishes made with local products from Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.

Participants include:

  • José Luis Ferrer – a wide selection of Binissalem wines

  • El Náutico – Mallorcan “variat” with frit, Russian salad and meatballs

  • La Menorquina / Café Rico – ice creams and coffee

  • Can Company – burgers made with local beef and porc negre

  • Miramar (Menorca) – rice dishes, lobster stew croquette and Menorcan specialities

  • Es Mercat – Can Tina (Ibiza & Formentera) – fried squid, sofrit pagès and rice dishes

  • Muelle3 – llonguets, pizzas and modern Mallorcan street food

  • Born Events – tumbet, frit de matances, llom amb col and rice dishes

  • El Bandarra – hot dogs and salchipapas

  • Makaria – pasta, pizzas and Italian specialities

There will also be bars serving drinks throughout the event.
