The Jornades Gastronòmiques de la Gamba de Sóller (Sóller Prawn Gastronomic Days) return in 2023 to liven up the streets of the municipality. A few days in which one of Sóller’s star products is extolled: the red prawn. To celebrate, numerous restaurants will be offering special menus with local prawns as the protagonists. These Jornades Gastronòmiques de la Gamba de Sóller (Sóller Prawn Gastronomic Days will be held from 29th September to 8th October.
