On Wednesday, March 26, Palma will become the epicenter of female leadership with the third edition of the Forbes Women of Influence Summit 2025. The exclusive event will take place at Finca Son Mir, bringing together the most influential women in the institutional, business, and cultural sectors of the Balearic Islands.
Organized by Forbes Women, this event aims to highlight female talent, foster leadership, and promote equal opportunities in the business world. Through panel discussions, keynote speeches, and networking spaces, attendees will analyze the impact of women on the economy and the society of the future.
A High-Level Program
The event will kick off with a conversation between Marga Prohens, President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, and Andrés Rodríguez, President of SpainMedia and Director of Forbes Women. They will discuss the role of women in the economic development of the region and the challenges they face in leadership positions.
Next, the panel discussion Today’s Leading Businesswomen will bring together top executives from the Balearic business scene to debate sustainability, leadership, and brand expansion in international markets. Moderated by Gloria Lomana, President of 50&50 Gender Leadership and the Advisory Board of Forbes Women, the panel will feature:
