The Mare de Déu del Carme Festivities in Portocolom return this July 2025 with a programme full of maritime culture, traditions, and music. Among the most anticipated events is the 2025 Artisan Night Marine Fair (Fira Marinera), an unmissable date on the town’s festive calendar.

🕘 9:00 p.m. – Talk as part of the “Estiu al Port” series by the Traditional Boats Association of Portocolom.
July 16 – Mare de Déu del Carme Day
📍 Plaça Sant Jaume
🕕 6:00 p.m. to midnight – Artisan Night Marine Fair (Fira Marinera), with local crafts, festive atmosphere, and traditional products.
⚠️ Use of the designated parking areas near Sa Capella is recommended due to limited parking availability.
📍 Parish of Portocolom
🕖 7:00 p.m. – Solemn Mass, with music by the Quintet de Son Pinar and the Arrels Marineres dance group, followed by the marine procession by boat carrying the image of the Virgin. Afterwards, the Salve hymn will be sung, with participation from the Felanitx Music Band.
July 17
📍 Church of Portocolom
🕘 9:00 p.m. – IV Ancient Music Evenings: concert featuring major works from the late Baroque period.
July 18
📍 Mollet d’en Pereió
🕙 10:00 p.m. – 100 Years Concert: “Songs of Oars and Sails”, with Toni Subirana (vocals and guitar) and Alfons Rojo (mandolin and accordion).
