Fira de la Taronja Sóller 2025: programme and restaurants

The Fira de la Taronja de Sóller 2025 is much more than a gastronomic event: it is a celebration of the citrus fruits that have made the Vall de Sóller a benchmark for Mediterranean flavor. From March 27 to April 13, the restaurants of Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Fornalutx will join the gastronomic days with special menus where the orange will be the star.

An event that pays tribute to the orange of Sóller

Nestled in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Vall de Sóller is known for its exceptional quality oranges, grown in a privileged environment. This fair is a unique opportunity to taste them at their best, incorporated into traditional recipes and innovative gastronomic creations.

The best chefs in the area will design dishes where the sweetness, freshness, and aroma of the orange combine with local ingredients to surprise the palate. From starters to desserts, including meats, fish, and special pairings, the possibilities are endless.

For more than two weeks, different restaurants in Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Fornalutx will offer exclusive menus based on this characteristic citrus fruit. 10:00 – 16:00 – XIX Orange Fair of the Vall de Sóller.
- Exhibition of citrus varieties (Agricultural Cooperative of Sóller).
- Orange Market: showcase and sale of citrus-related products.
- Gastronomic showcase and citrus competition.
10:00 – 14:00 – Family workshops: plantable paper workshop with Sóller lemon trees (Sa Llosa Petita).
10:30 – Parade of the Xeremiers of Sóller.
10:45 – Guided tour: “History and evolution of the Sóller orange groves,” with agronomist Joan Deya.
11:00 – Citrus dessert competition (pre-registration required).
11:30 – Charanga with the Sóller Music Band.
12:30 – Inaugural act of the fair with the presence of the fair’s priest, authorities, and Valentes Dones.
13:30 – Concert by the Sóller Children’s Municipal Band.
