The Palma April Fair (Feria de Abril de Palma 2026) will take place from 23 to 26 April at the Son Fusteret venue, an event that every year brings together residents and visitors to enjoy Andalusian culture in the Balearic capital.

The fair is organised by the Casa de Andalucía in the Balearic Islands in collaboration with the Ajuntament de Palma and will feature traditional casetas, live music, typical gastronomy and various cultural activities open to the public.

The mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez Llabrés, officially presented the event, highlighting the importance of bringing back a celebration that has been part of the city’s cultural life for many years.

During the presentation, held in the Cort City Hall Plenary Hall, the mayor stressed that the fair returns “with the recognition and importance it deserves”, thanks to the collaboration between the City Council and the Casa de Andalucía in the Balearic Islands.

The event was also attended by the deputy mayor and councillor for Citizen Participation, Lourdes Roca, and the president of the Casa de Andalucía in the Balearic Islands, Rafael del Rey.

During the four days of celebration, the Son Fusteret venue will be transformed into a festive space inspired by the traditional Seville fair.

Visitors will be able to enjoy:

  • Casetas with a flamenco atmosphere
  • Food and dining areas
  • Performances of sevillanas, flamenco and rumba music
  • Cultural activities
  • Typical Andalusian gastronomy

Among the highlights of the programme are the traditional Rociera Mass and a Mounted Police exhibition, along with musical performances and activities designed for all audiences.

A celebration of coexistence and cultural diversity

The Feria de Abril de Palma is also a reflection of the city’s open and multicultural character. According to the mayor, the aim is to continue building a diverse and welcoming Palma, where coexistence between cultures forms part of the city’s identity.

Andalusian culture has a significant historical presence in Mallorca and represents an essential part of Palma’s cultural richness. For this reason, the City Council and the Casa de Andalucía are working to consolidate this fair as a permanent event within the local festive calendar.

The goal is for the Feria de Abril de Palma to once again become one of the most emblematic popular events of the spring in the city.

An event open to everyone

The mayor invited all citizens to take part in the fair and enjoy a celebration that highlights Andalusian traditions, music and gastronomy.

During the presentation of the event, there was also a musical performance by Miguel Crespo and Victoria Lara, members of the group Pura Raza, who offered a preview of the festive atmosphere that will be experienced at Son Fusteret during the fair.
