From May 23 to June 1, the Binissalem DO region will host a new edition of one of the most anticipated events on Mallorca’s wine tourism calendar: Binissalem Wine Days 2025. This year marks the 12th edition of the event, with a program full of experiences to enjoy wine as a cultural, gastronomic, and territorial experience.
The Binissalem DO, along with its wineries, winegrowers, and a network of local collaborators, organizes this event with the aim of highlighting the role of wine in the landscape, culture, and economy of the island. This was emphasized during the official presentation of the event, held in Santa Eugènia, by authorities such as José Luis Roses (President of the Regulatory Council), Esperanza Nadal (Vice President), and institutional representatives including the mayor of the municipality and the Director General of Agriculture.
