Alaró once again celebrates one of its most anticipated gastronomic events in November: Alaró Cuina amb Bolets 2025, a culinary route dedicated to bolets (seasonal mushrooms) that every year attracts locals and visitors with creative proposals, traditional Mallorcan cuisine and contemporary dishes. The event will take place from 21st November to 8th December.
Over several weeks, the restaurants, bars, and cafés of the municipality will offer special dishes featuring esclata-sangs, picornells, gírgoles and other varieties found in the Serra de Tramuntana, turning Alaró into a must-visit destination for lovers of autumn gastronomy.
This edition features more than 15 participating establishments, each one presenting a special menu or signature dish designed to highlight local produce and seasonal cooking.
