The Fira de l’Ensaïmada i del Producte Local 2026 returns with its third edition, consolidating itself as one of the sweetest and most anticipated gastronomic events in Mallorca.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Plaça de s’Abeurador, in the heart of Santanyí, in a day that will combine tradition, gastronomy, and activities for the whole family.
