The Mostra de Cuina de les Illes Balears 2026 will take place from February 28 to March 2 at Parc de Sa Feixina in Palma, as part of the Diada de les Illes Balears celebrations organised by the Government. It is one of the most important gastronomic events in the festive calendar, where local produce and the traditional cuisine of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera take centre stage.

For three days, the venue will host showcookings with chefs from the islands, concerts, DJ sessions, children’s activities and a large tasting area, making it a must-do plan to enjoy with the whole family.

Balearic gastronomy with local produce and live cooking

The Mostra is a fair dedicated to highlighting local cuisine and nearby products, with dishes ranging from traditional rice recipes and frits to street-food proposals made with ingredients from the islands.

In addition, each day will feature themed showcookings devoted to the different island cuisines:

  • Ibizan cuisine

  • Mallorcan cuisine

  • Menorcan cuisine

All accompanied by live music and DJ sessions that will keep the festive atmosphere going into the night.
