La Fira de s’Oliva 2025 will once again fill Caimari with tradition and gastronomy from 14 to 16 November, with an edition that celebrates olive-growing culture, local products and the 60th anniversary of the village’s old olive mill. This year, the mayor of Caimari, Aina Maria Rotger Mestre “Mari Tome”, invites residents and visitors to enjoy a fair “that unites us as a community and highlights Caimari’s most cherished treasure: its olive oil”.
