From August 1 to 3, Platja de Muro hosts its much-anticipated Festes 2025, a full program of activities for all audiences that combines sports, culture, music, gastronomy, and much more in a privileged seaside setting.

Friday, August 1: performances and festive night
The opening day will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the traditional hoisting of the Blue Flag at the Centre Operatiu de Salvament i Seguretat (C/ Rodríguez de la Fuente), followed at 11:00 a.m. by a coordinated rescue drill led by local emergency services.
In the afternoon, the party moves to Rodríguez de la Fuente Street with a children’s foam party (6:30 p.m.) and a night beach volleyball session starting at 7:00 p.m., organized by the Volley Moon club.
Art will also have its place with the opening of the exhibition “Entre pell i ombra” by artist Álex Cueto, at 7:30 p.m. in the municipal building of Platja de Muro. Starting at 8:00 p.m., the night fair will open, culminating with an open-air community dinner (9:00 p.m.) with prior registration at the square in front of the municipal building.
Saturday, August 2: color, music, and tradition
Saturday kicks off with an early morning yoga session at 7:30 a.m. on the beach. In the afternoon, the foam party, night beach volleyball, and art exhibition return. At 8:00 p.m., the night fair livens up with a drum and bugle parade, and at 10:00 p.m. the recital “Un vespre per Itàlia” will be performed by the Coral Miquel Tortell. At midnight, the open-air dance with the group Val 9 will put the finishing touch to the celebration.
Sunday, August 3: a grand finale
The final day will start again with a yoga session by the sea, followed by a batucada street parade (7:30 p.m.) and a lively night fair featuring the Unió Artística Murera band (8:30 p.m.). The event will close in style at 10:00 p.m. with a spectacular Coldplay tribute concert by Coldday, considered the best tribute band to the British group.
