From July 8 to 18, Palma will once again host one of the most anticipated musical events of the summer: the Cançons de la Mediterrània 2025 festival. With two iconic venues—Castell de Bellver and Ses Voltes—this concert series pays tribute to the music that connects shores, cultures, and generations.

This year’s edition features a lineup that blends legends of Mediterranean music with emerging projects and unique collaborations. A perfect opportunity to let yourself be carried away by the sounds that define the identity of such a diverse and vibrant territory.

Cançons de la Mediterrània 2025 Program

  • Tuesday, July 8 – 9:00 PM (Castell de Bellver): Maria del Mar Bonet Sextet. The great lady of Mediterranean song opens the festival in a magical setting.
  • Friday, July 11 – 9:00 PM (Castell de Bellver): Diana Navarro with the Palma Municipal Band. A blend of copla, flamenco, and symphonic sounds by one of the most distinctive voices on the national scene.
  • Wednesday, July 16 – 9:30 PM (Ses Voltes): Thanos Stavridis & Drom Quintet. Balkan sounds with Greek roots fill the night with energy and virtuosity.
  • Thursday, July 17 – 9:30 PM (Ses Voltes): Pitxorines. A new generation of Mallorcan folk music that reimagines tradition with a contemporary flair.
  • Saturday, July 19 – 9:30 PM (Ses Voltes): Barcelona Gipsy Balkan Orchestra. A grand finale with one of the most powerful groups in the European world music scene.
