The eleventh edition of the Iron Motard is presented as one of the most outstanding motorcycle tourism events within the program of the Fiestas de Sant Sebastià in Palma. Organized by the Club Media Milla, this challenge will take place this Sunday, January 19 and will bring together 53 participants who will travel the roads of Mallorca, totaling more than 27,000 kilometers.
This competition, scoring for the Balearic Championship of Mototourism, will be held on roads open to traffic and will challenge the expertise and endurance of the participants. The key to success? It is not speed or the stopwatch, but orientation, navigation and the search for the shortest route. The event will start at 6 a.m. in the Polígono de Son Castelló.

…with total freedom, always respecting the law of road traffic and speed limits. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties of up to 100 km extra on the total count.
BonusTrack: Advantages that make a difference
Participants can also take advantage of the BonusTrack, optional tests that allow them to obtain bonuses on the total mileage. At each stage checkpoint the available bonus kilometers will be indicated and, in order to prove them, they will be able to present different evidences, such as:
- Selfie of the rider or photo of the motorcycle next to an identifying element (sign, monument, etc.).
- Show a ticket, ticket or any requested object.
- Perform skill tests or demonstrations proposed by the organization.
In addition, those riders who complete all the BonusTracks will receive an extra 40 km bonus (BonusTrack +PLUS). Each participant decides whether or not to take on these additional challenges, as they may reduce his or her final kilometer count.
Participation in the eleventh edition of the Iron Motard
The eleventh edition of the Iron Motard offers the possibility of participating individually or with a co-driver, always maintaining the spirit of freedom when managing the route. There are 12 hours of duration in which each participant plans his route in order to minimize the total kilometers, hence the ingenuity and strategy play a key role.
Each rider is the protagonist of his own adventure, designing the strategy that allows him to accumulate as few kilometers as possible. Orientation, localization and navigation become the true allies of those who seek to succeed in this unique challenge.
