On the 28th of September, Cala Molins, in Cala de Sant Vicenç, Pollença, will host the eighth edition of the Raïm Wine Fest 2024. This itinerant festival celebrates the diversity and quality of the wines from the land of Mallorca. This event is part of the programming of ‘Sant Vicenç a la fresca’ and promises to be a unique experience for lovers of wine, music, and local gastronomy.
With more than 40 references of white, rosé, and red wines, the festival will bring together 14 renowned wineries. Among them, the local favorites include Can Xanet, Dunord Vitícola, Can Axartell, Bodegues Can Vidalet, and Mortitx, along with others from the island such as Butxet, Karretània, Tianna Negre, Vinyes-celler Sebastià Pastor, Castell Miquel, Ses Roques, Binigrau, Bodega Ava Vi, and Microceller Son Crespí. This year, the event focuses on extending the knowledge of Mallorcan wines among young audiences, with the collaboration of renowned sommelier and influencer Marta Clot, who will use her Instagram and TikTok platforms to connect with her more than 600,000 followers.
Marina Vera, manager of Vi de la Terra Mallorca, states that “the Raïm Wine Fest is a commitment to bring ourselves closer to young and family audiences through responsible consumption of wines made with local grapes.” This initiative not only promotes the island’s wines but also boosts the local economy, involving associations and bakeries from the village in the event.

The event will begin at 13:00 and extend until one in the morning, allowing families to enjoy a festive atmosphere. As a new feature, the festival will include a dedicated area for children’s activities, ensuring a fun space for the little ones. Entry is free, but with limited capacity; the cost will be 2 € for the glass and 3 € for each wine tasting.
The festival will not only focus on wine but also offer a varied gastronomic selection, with food trucks serving local delights. In this edition, the local association PRODIS, which supports people with disabilities, will provide food and non-alcoholic drink options, thus emphasizing the event’s commitment to inclusion.
Live music will also be a key component of the festival, with scheduled performances from bands like Saus Rumba, Cacao, Peptroni, and The Southnormales, who will liven up the atmosphere while attendees enjoy the rich wine offerings.
This year, the Raïm Wine Fest 2024 is supported by the Pollença City Council and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Natural Environment of the Government of the Balearic Islands, demonstrating the importance of this event for promoting local wine and boosting tourism in the region.
