The event will start at 6:00 pm from the Son Castell\u00f3 industrial estate and will last around seven hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The <strong>3rd Palma City Mototourism Trophy 2026<\/strong> will take place this Saturday, 22nd August, as part of the sixth edition of the Dark Iron Motard and the Balearic Islands Mototourism Championship.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The competition is organised by Club Media Milla and the Balearic Motorcycle Federation, with the support of Palma City Council through the Institut Municipal de l&#8217;Esport (IME).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unlike a conventional race, the event takes the form of a <strong>recreational gymkhana<\/strong> in which participants must decide their own route in order to complete the required objectives.<\/p>\n<h2>When is the Palma City Mototourism Trophy 2026?<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-47058 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcacaprice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/trofeo-ciudad-palma-mototurismo.webp\" alt=\"Palma City Mototourism Trophy\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The third edition of the trophy will take place on <strong>Saturday, 22nd August 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The start is scheduled for <strong>6:00 pm from the Son Castell\u00f3 industrial estate<\/strong> in Palma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">From there, participants will face a challenge lasting approximately seven hours along different roads open to traffic.<\/p>\n<h2>A route of around 300 kilometres across Mallorca<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The 3rd Palma City Mototourism Trophy will cover approximately <strong>300 kilometres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">However, there will be no single route that every rider must follow. Each participant will have to choose their own itinerary, using strategy, orientation and navigation to complete the challenge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The aim will be to complete the required route while covering <strong>the fewest possible kilometres<\/strong>, meaning that planning will play a key role in the final result.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The competition will take place entirely on <strong>roads open to traffic<\/strong>, so participants must comply with normal traffic regulations at all times.<\/p>\n<h2>What is a mototourism event?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The format combines motorcycle riding with elements of navigation, orientation and strategy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Riders do not simply compete to be the fastest.
