<\/p>\nEs Llombards will celebrate its 2026 Sant Domingo festivities from 30 July to 8 August, with ten days of activities combining tradition, culture, music and entertainment for all ages. The programme includes the opening proclamation, a correfoc fire run, open-air dances, theatre, children\u2019s activities, food gatherings and one of the main new features of this year\u2019s celebrations: the first Jaleo of Es Llombards.<\/p>\n
Other eagerly awaited events include the Nit de Rock, the Flower Power Revival, the parade featuring the Dimoni des Llombards, the traditional Tremponada and the main feast day, which will bring the programme to a close on Saturday 8 August.<\/p>\n

7.00 pm. Start of the festivities<\/strong><\/p>\n Raising of the flag above the church and ringing of the bells.<\/p>\n 9.30 pm. Opening proclamation<\/strong><\/p>\n Official opening of the Sant Domingo festivities with a proclamation delivered by Antoni Burguera Cabrer in Pla\u00e7a des Pou.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s proclamation will look back at Es Llombards television and what it meant to the village.<\/p>\n 7.30 pm. Cultural walk marking 90 years of the Es Llombards school<\/strong><\/p>\n A cultural tour led by Apol\u00b7l\u00f2nia Mart\u00ednez Nadal to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the school\u2019s opening.<\/p>\n The meeting point will be Pla\u00e7a de l\u2019Esgl\u00e9sia. The activity will finish at the school, where a small aperitif will be served.<\/p>\n 8.30 pm. Burgers, beer and rock<\/strong><\/p>\n Dinner and Nit de Rock in the courtyard of Ca ses Monges.<\/p>\n Live music will begin at 9.30 pm with:<\/p>\n 8.45 am. Litter collection and swim at Es M\u00e0rmols<\/strong><\/p>\n Departure from outside the church. Storytelling session<\/strong><\/p>\n An activity led by the Dimonis de sa Cova des Fossar in the courtyard of Ca ses Monges.<\/p>\n 10.00 pm. Correfoc<\/strong><\/p>\n Fire run performed by the Dimonis de sa Cova des Fossar.<\/p>\n The parade will depart from Ses Escoles and the correfoc will take place in Pla\u00e7a des Pou. Attendees are advised to follow the organisers\u2019 safety instructions at all times.<\/p>\n 11.00 pm. Flower Power Revival<\/strong><\/p>\n A party in Pla\u00e7a des Pou with DJs Titi and Joan Rigo and music from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best retro-inspired outfits.<\/p>\n 9.00 pm. Jo en s\u00e9 + que tu, llombarder!<\/strong><\/p>\n A team competition in Pla\u00e7a des Pins.<\/p>\n The activity will have two versions:<\/p>\n Teams must be made up of three or four members. Registration will remain open until 1 August via the telephone number 606 743 127.<\/p>\n A maximum of four teams will be accepted in each category. Anyone who would like to take part but does not have a team can also contact the organisers.<\/p>\n 6.15 pm. Parade of the Dimoni des Llombards and the caparrots<\/strong><\/p>\n The Dimoni des Llombards and the caparrots will parade through the streets accompanied by the Xeremiers de Santany\u00ed.<\/p>\n The parade will depart from Ca ses Monges and finish in Pla\u00e7a des Pou.<\/p>\n Approximately 6.45 pm. Correguda de cintes and rompuda d\u2019olles<\/strong><\/p>\n Traditional games for younger children in Pla\u00e7a des Pou.<\/p>\n 10.00 pm. Theatre night<\/strong><\/p>\n Performance of Nostalgic Weekend<\/em>, directed by Jaume Pons Rigo, in the courtyard of Ses Escoles.<\/p>\n 6.30 pm. Bicycle ride<\/strong><\/p>\n A bicycle ride through the streets and country lanes of Es Llombards. Wearing a helmet is compulsory.<\/p>\n After the ride, participants can enjoy a pa amb oli dinner followed by Bingo Llombarder.<\/p>\n Tickets are available from the Sor Paci\u00e8ncia Social Centre until 2 August, from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm.<\/p>\n 6.00 pm. Truc tournament<\/strong><\/p>\n A competition in Pla\u00e7a des Pou with a maximum of 32 pairs.<\/p>\n Participants can register until Monday 3 August by sending the names of the pair to 606 743 127.<\/p>\n 6.00 pm. Children\u2019s show by Cucorba<\/strong><\/p>\n Es Llombards will be one of the stops on the farewell tour of Cucorba, one of Mallorca\u2019s best-known children\u2019s entertainment groups.<\/p>\n The performance will take place in Pla\u00e7a des Pou.<\/p>\n 6.00 pm. Water inflatables<\/strong><\/p>\n A family activity in the courtyard of Ses Escoles. Participants are advised to bring swimwear, a towel and suitable footwear.<\/p>\n 8.00 pm. Tribute to the village\u2019s senior residents<\/strong><\/p>\n The traditional tribute to the senior residents of Es Llombards will take place in Pla\u00e7a des Pins.<\/p>\n Refreshments will be served during the event, which will also include a musical performance by Simal Duo.<\/p>\n Couples celebrating their golden wedding anniversary must inform the mayor\u2019s representative in advance.<\/p>\n 9.30 pm. 38th Tremponada<\/strong><\/p>\n The traditional Tremponada will be held in the courtyard of Ses Escoles, followed by a performance by Orquestra Galatz\u00f3.<\/p>\n Tickets are available from the Sor Paci\u00e8ncia Social Centre until 2 August, from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm.<\/p>\n 10.00 am.
