The forum will bring together industry professionals, production companies, platforms, investors and digital creators in more than <strong data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"422\">40 activities<\/strong> focused on the future of entertainment and audiovisual content.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"771\">Artificial intelligence, vertical microdramas, the creator economy, audiovisual financing and intellectual property will be some of the key topics of this edition, which also coincides with the so-called <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"750\">\u201cYear of Cinema\u201d<\/strong> in Calvi\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1m2k0wp\">Magaluf strengthens its position as an audiovisual destination in Mallorca<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-46289\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcacaprice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/magaluf-conecta-presentacion.webp\" alt=\"magaluf conecta presentation\" width=\"1616\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1232\">The official presentation of the event took place on the terrace of <strong data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1017\">Club Oceans Calvi\u00e0 Beach<\/strong>, right on Magaluf beach. There, the mayor of Calvi\u00e0, <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1118\">Juan Antonio Amengual<\/strong>, highlighted the municipality\u2019s commitment to culture and the audiovisual sector as drivers of tourism transformation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1493\">According to the mayor, initiatives such as the film route <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1334\">\u201cCalvi\u00e0, Film Set\u201d<\/strong> and the celebration of CONECTA help position Magaluf as a destination linked to culture, creativity and international professional events.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1732\">The event is supported by the Government of the Balearic Islands through the Sustainable Tourism Tax, as well as by ICIB, IB3, the Consell de Mallorca and Palma City Council.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1zpw4sx\">More than 40 activities about the future of entertainment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1979\">CONECTA Magaluf 2026 will feature more than 40 activities and nearly 100 international speakers specialized in audiovisual production, television, streaming platforms, distribution, technology and digital creation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2144\">Some of the main topics that will be addressed during the forum include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2455\">\n<li data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2197\">The impact of artificial intelligence<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2198\" data-end=\"2246\">The rise of vertical microdramas<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2297\">The creator economy and digital creators<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2350\">New audiovisual financing models<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2408\">The consolidation of major global entertainment groups<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2455\">Intellectual property in the audiovisual industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2676\">The program will combine conferences, workshops, networking sessions, strategic debates and exclusive matchmaking meetings between platforms, production companies and international executives.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1xt6tlf\">Artificial intelligence takes center stage at CONECTA 2026<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2934\">One of the most anticipated moments will be the session <strong data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2787\">\u201cAI and Vertical Microdramas on Trial\u201d<\/strong>, scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, where industry experts will debate the real impact of artificial intelligence on the audiovisual sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"3197\">The session will take the form of a mock trial led by <strong data-start=\"3010\" data-end=\"3028\">Mar\u00eda Rua Aguete<\/strong>, analyst at consultancy firm Omdia.
