theme of this second edition is <strong>\u201cThe Thread of the Narrative\u201d<\/strong>, a reflection on how individual and collective narratives are built.<\/p>\n<p>La Coma raises key Festival 2026 programme<\/h2>\n<h3>Wednesday, 6 May: opening at Es Baluard<\/h3>\n<p>The festival opens with an inaugural conversation focused on the origins of literary storytelling, with references to Sappho of Lesbos.<\/p>\n<p>The day includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A reading by poet Maria Call\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>A conversation between Christina Rosenvinge and Bego\u00f1a M\u00e9ndez<\/li>\n<li>A concert by Amaia Miranda<\/li>\n<li>An opening toast with DO Binissalem wines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Thursday, 7 May and Friday, 8 May: main sessions<\/h3>\n<p>During these two days, Es Baluard will host much of the programme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Literary conversations<\/li>\n<li>Masterclasses (such as Mariana Enr\u00edquez\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Meetings between international authors<\/li>\n<li>Dialogues on contemporary narrative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Particular highlights include voices linked to fantasy fiction and contemporary horror, as well as reflections on political commitment and artistic creation.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday night, the festival moves to Can Balaguer with the performance <strong>\u201cMedea\u201d<\/strong>, a stage reinterpretation of the classical addition, there will be a literary lunch connecting writers with booksellers, teachers and cultural prescribers.<\/p>\n<p>The festival will close with a musical performance by <strong>Tulsa<\/strong>,
