The Fira de l\u2019Ensa\u00efmada i del Producte Local 2026<\/span><\/span><\/strong> returns with its third edition, consolidating itself as one of the sweetest and most anticipated gastronomic events in Mallorca.<\/p>\n

The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026<\/strong> at Pla\u00e7a de s\u2019Abeurador<\/span><\/span>, in the heart of Santany\u00ed<\/span><\/span>, in a day that will combine tradition, gastronomy, and activities for the whole family.<\/p>\n

A fair dedicated to the ensaimada and local products<\/h2>\n

Following the success of previous editions, this fair has become a benchmark event to highlight one of Mallorca\u2019s most iconic products: the ensaimada.<\/p>\n

During the event, which will take place from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm<\/strong>, visitors will be able to enjoy a wide market featuring local bakeries and pastry shops<\/strong>, offering tastings and sales of artisan ensaimadas<\/strong>, prepared following traditional Mallorcan recipes.<\/p>\n

In addition, this year the fair reinforces its commitment to local products<\/strong>, incorporating other typical foods and delicacies from the island.<\/p>\n
