The municipality has unveiled the image that will represent this much-anticipated event, which will take place on <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"402\">Saturday, February 7, 2026<\/strong>, and which every year brings together thousands of people in the streets of Marratx\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"658\">The presentation of the poster marks the starting signal for the Carnival calendar on the island and usually anticipates one of the events with the greatest following and participation at an island-wide level.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"717\">A poster born from the educational community of Marratx\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-45796 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcacaprice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cartel-sa-rua-marratxi-2026.webp\" alt=\"sa rua marratxi 2026 poster\" width=\"819\" height=\"509\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"1023\">The design of the Sa Rua 2026 poster was selected through the <strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"850\">21st Sa Rua Marratx\u00ed Poster Creation Contest<\/strong>, an initiative involving <strong data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"919\">5th and 6th grade Primary<\/strong> students from the municipality\u2019s schools, strengthening the link between culture, education and tradition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1257\">The winning work was created by <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1078\">Irene Puig Llabr\u00e9s<\/strong>, a student at <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1132\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">CEIP Costa i Llobera<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and stood out for its creativity, use of colour and its ability to convey the festive spirit and identity of Sa Rua.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1259\" 2026 edition, <strong data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2681\">eight educational centres in Marratx\u00ed<\/strong> took part, reflecting the broad involvement of the municipality:<\/p>\n<ul Cabana<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"3014\">In total, the jury evaluated <strong data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2969\">nearly 300 school drawings<\/strong> in a participatory and transparent process.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3016\" data-end=\"3058\">Public exhibition and awards ceremony<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3339\">The <strong data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3089\">finalist proposals<\/strong>\u2014three from each educational centre\u2014will be part of a <strong data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3203\">public exhibition at Ca Ses Monges del Pla de na Tesa<\/strong>, which will open on <strong data-start=\"3226\" data-end=\"3267\">Friday, January 30 at 7:00 pm<\/strong>.
