A striking work that combines technical virtuosity with strong symbolic meaning.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"864\">Chocolate, memory and territory<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-43334 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcacaprice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/exposicion-chocolate-marratxi.webp\" alt=\"exposici\u00f3n chocolate marratxi\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1271\">\u201cArt amb gust\u201d is much more than an artistic proposal. It is a reflection on the <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"987\">fragility of Balearic nature<\/strong> and a tribute to the artist\u2019s childhood memories in the countryside, as well as to the pastry-making tradition of Holy Week. \u201cIt\u2019s a pleasure to share the hours of effort with the residents of the municipality in a space like Sa Refinadora,\u201d said Miralles at the opening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1510\">The exhibition features pieces with evocative titles such as <em data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1353\">Vetllant les mones<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1375\">Niu heteronormatiu<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1392\">Quin berenar!<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1410\">Prendre el vol<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1427\">Voltor mascle<\/em>, and <em data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1444\">Peus a terra<\/em>, creating a <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1509\">poetic and powerful scenography<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1564\">A cultural experience for all the senses<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1751\">The opening event brought together local authorities such as the mayor of Marratx\u00ed, Jaume Llompart, and the Councillor for Culture, Carmen Ca\u00f1ellas, who highlighted the value of this initiative:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1909\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1909\">\u201cIt reflects our commitment to culture, tradition, and heritage, especially in relation to something as close to us as Easter gastronomy.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2043\">During the evening, attendees also enjoyed a small <strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2011\">cocoa tasting<\/strong> offered by the artist himself.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2075\">Maties Miralles, creator of the chocolate exhibition in Marratx\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2474\">Maties Miralles was recognized in 2012 as the <strong data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2156\">best young pastry chef in Spain<\/strong>.
