After the success of the first edition, Santany\u00ed will host the 2nd Fira de l\u2019Ensa\u00efmada next Saturday, April 5, 2025.<\/strong> This year, the event expands with a craft exhibition. The day will take place at Pla\u00e7a de s\u2019Abeurador, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM<\/strong>, offering a wide variety of activities to enjoy a day full of tradition, gastronomy, and culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This **Fira de l’Ensa\u00efmada 2025** will bring together different bakeries and pastry shops<\/strong> offering tastings and sales of handcrafted ensa\u00efmadas<\/strong>. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover the traditional recipe of this iconic Mallorcan sweet and taste various varieties that will delight even the most demanding palates.<\/p>\n

In addition to the gastronomic offer, the fair will feature a craft exhibition<\/strong>, where visitors can enjoy live workshops and demonstrations<\/strong>, gaining insight into traditional island crafts. Live musical performances<\/strong> will enhance the event, making it a complete experience for the whole family.<\/p>\n

Fira de l\u2019Ensa\u00efmada 2025:<\/strong> A Key Event in the Festive Calendar<\/h2>\n

The mayor of Santany\u00ed, Maria Pons<\/strong>, highlighted the importance of establishing the Fira de l\u2019Ensa\u00efmada as a must-attend event in the town\u2019s festive calendar<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

“We want to continue valuing this product that is so much our own while also giving visibility to the artisans of Santany\u00ed and the entire island. We invite everyone to come and enjoy a special day in our town.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Meanwhile, the Councilor for Commerce, Fairs, and Markets, Antoni Matas<\/strong>, stated that this second edition comes with more activities and greater participation<\/strong>, highlighting the addition of the craft exhibition:<\/p>\n

“In addition to tasting and purchasing ensa\u00efmadas, visitors will be able to see firsthand how they are made and learn about other traditional trades from our land.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
