“My aim is to provoke emotions and awaken awareness of the importance that the most subtle details of our existence can have”. This is how the artist Carolina Amig\u00f3 defines her new work entitled “The abyss of the insignificant”<\/a>, which can be visited at the Galeria Dion\u00eds Benn\u00e0ssar in Pollen\u00e7a these days until mid-August.<\/p>\n “With these new works, I try to create a visual and emotional experience that invites us to reflect on the richness and complexity of our mind and the importance of our decisions, however insignificant they may seem. Through the combination of techniques and the integration of unexpected elements, such as plastics, small mirrors or solidified paint, I seek to highlight the importance of small things and explore the vastness of possibilities that lie in our minds, an infinite universe of imagination, experiences and decisions,” describes Amig\u00f3.<\/p>\n “The abyss of the insignificant” invites us to value small things, to recognise their importance and to open our minds to an infinite universe of possibilities. The artist achieves this through the accumulation of pigments, textures and unexpected elements: “in this way I invite viewers to immerse themselves in a journey of self-discovery, where every detail counts as an important piece of our creation”, she says.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n\t\t
