From Tramuntana XXI they organize the first edition of the Gastronomic Week of La Serra de Tramuntana: an opportunity to value the popular culture linked to the production and consumption of food from local products, through the gastronomy and to reflect on how it has contributed to shape the cultural landscape of La Serra de Tramuntana

From 23 to 29 November the Serra will be filled with activities related to the culinary heritage of the Tramuntana: talks, guided tours, tasting of local products, workshops in schools, culinary competitions.

The culmination will be a guided tour of Galatzó and a tasting of Arrós carboner de la vida al bosc a la tradició culinaria, led by historian Toàs Ribot and Cati Pons, from Els Fogons de Plaça and winner of the Best Rice in Spain award in 2018.

Due to the health situation, all recommendations and activities will be strictly complied with.
