In Mallorca Caprice Magazín we are proud to have supportive customers such as Cap Vermell Group, which has donated a total of 1,328 euros to Sonrisa Médica after concluding its Christmas campaign: the ‘Tree of Wishes’.
This solidarity initiative was held for the third consecutive year at Cap Vermell Country Club and Park Hyatt Mallorca and was open to anyone who wished to participate. All you had to do was go to the reception desk of the Cap Vermell Country Club gymnasium (Canyamel) or the Park Hyatt Mallorca hotel, ask for a Christmas card, write on it the amount of the donation with a wish and then hang it on a large tree.
The non-profit organization chosen this year to send you the money raised was Sonrisa Médica, an organization with a long history whose mission is to bring joy to hospitals by drawing smiles on children. Sonrisa Médica has been dealing with children’s patients in the Balearic Islands for 25 years and was a pioneer in introducing the Hospital Clown in Spain. It currently has 20 professional therapeutic clowns in constant artistic, musical, health and psychological training.
The people in charge of delivering the 1,328 euro check were Jaume García, Chief Operating Officer of Cap Vermell Group, and Franck Sibille, General Manager of Park Hyatt Mallorca.
